Raeanne Goldwire Co-Founded Enrichment Services (ES) in 2025. As a proud University of Washington graduate, Raeanne holds a double Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and Social Science as well as a Certificate in Fundraising Management.  She had an active career serving in nonprofits for over 20 years, holding positions such as Development Manager, Fundraising Consultant and at the culmination of her career, Director of Life Enrichment. Raeanne cherished her time as Director of Life Enrichment and uses many of the programs her team developed as inspiration for Enrichment Service programs. Raeanne has enjoyed partnering with her husband and ES Co-Founder to spread the amazing health and wellness benefits that wellness programs provide!

Marche Goldwire Co-Founded Enrichment Services in 2025. During his career, Marche has served in a management position at a large corporation. After a personal calling to change careers, Marche gained much joy from serving physically disabled youth in schools as a Behavioral Specialist and later as a Job Coach for adults with development disabilities and as Adaptive and Special Olympics Coordinator for the City of Renton. With Certificates in Business and Marketing from Seattle Central College, Marche’s education and experience has prepared him well to serve as Co-Founder. 

Together Raeanne and Marche have been dedicated to using their skills, talents, knowledge and passions to create a company that will make an impact in the lives of people for many years to come!
